I’m sure that like me, you have considered cosmetic surgery for breast augmentation. After all the time we have spent watching TV and movies and seeing all those beautiful women who have had cosmetic surgery, it’s easy to believe that breast surgery is the answer to our small boobs problem. There is one more point that I want to mention here. When I looked into all the options to increase my bust size, I talked to a number of women who had undergone breast augmentation. The majority of these women all regretted one thing after their plastic surgery, and that was they wished they had gone for bigger implants. It seems that most of the women underestimated how they would look with the size of implants that they had chosen. So, bear that in mind when looking at the breast implant sizes and choose a size larger than your first choice.

Overall, having plastic surgery is relatively safe and can produce excellent results. But you must play your part and be open and honest with the surgeon during your pre-operative consultation, which means telling him about any drug use, or other negative habits such as smoking. By being open, your surgeon can compensate for your habits during the procedure, and so reduce the likelihood of complications.

I find it so sad that breast implants is one of the most popular cosmetic surgeries for women today – and not only those with small breasts. The negative consequences of such surgery scares me so much, that I even made a short video highlighting the hazards to get women to consider what they are risking to themselves.

You may think your breasts are unattractive now, but consider how you’d feel if you opted for implants and complications arose now or in the future. You could end up with scars, mishapened breasts or worst-case senario, having them amputated.

Cosmetic surgery is not the answer to growing breasts. The risks are just not worth it.

First of all, I’ve got to say that you cannot increase your boobs size by exercise.  However, with these exercises you can improve their appearance. Here’s how to make your boobs appear bigger and help to correct sagging.

You see, breasts are made up of fat, fiberous tissue and glands – but no muscle.  However, your breasts are on top of your pectoral muscles on your chest.

So, what you can achieve with exercise is a strengthening, enlarging and toning up of these muscles your breasts are located over. Exercise will enlarge the pectoral muscles and gives the impression of a bigger bust, and at the same time will improve blood flow to your boobs which helps them with growth.

Okay, now you know that, here’s an exercise to make your boobs appear bigger.

Get yourself a three-pound dumbbell set.

Exercises:

1. Lie down on a mat. Hold one weight in each hand and extend your arms out at shoulder level so that you are in the shape of a cross. With your elbows slightly bent, lift both arms up at the same time above your body so that the weights meet over your chest. Then reverse the move back to the start position. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

2. Lie down on a mat. Extend your arms straight up over your chest. Lower the weights toward your chest by bending your elbows, with your elbows out to the sides at shoulder level. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

3. Stand up. With a weight in each hand, extend your arms out to each side and move the weights in a backward circular motion 15 times. The circular motion should be about a foot in diameter. Do another 15 in slightly wider circles. Do both these steps again but going forward.

4. With a weight in each hand, sit on the edge of a chair with your back straight and arms at your sides. Slowly raise your arms to shoulder level. Hold this position for a count of four, and then slowly return to starting position. That’s one exercise unit. Work your way up to three sets of five units every other day.

There, that’s how to make your boobs appear bigger by regular exercise. But don’t get your hopes up for a dramatic change in appearance – the changes will be small. Remember though, every little bit helps in a quest for bigger boobs.
